Part 6 – Time For A Recession

“Noah was now 601 years old. On the first day of the new year, ten and a half months after the flood began, the floodwaters had almost dried up from the earth.
Noah lifted back the covering of the boat and saw that the surface of the ground was drying.
Two more months went by, and at last the earth was dry!
Then God said to Noah, “Leave the boat, all of you—you and your wife, and your sons and their wives.” – bible.com/116/gen.8.13-16.nlt

The waters had stopped and receded. The land began to dry up. The boat was at rest and now Noah and his family could see the end of the disaster. They could see hope in a day coming where they could leave their place of shelter. They could see the day coming when what has now become normal, quarantine, is about to change. Again, they have no idea what to expect beyond the doors of safety. As we come out of our pandemic, we won’t know what to expect and we might be tempted to again do what everyone else does and jump out of the boat before its time.

The Bible says that God told Noah when to leave the boat. You better listen for God’s voice on when the right time is for you and your family to leave the boat.

[Pray This]
Father, after all we’ve endured let us not get to the end and go back the way we came. Let us not leave the boat the same way we entered it. Let’s come out like a new creation, better than how we went in. We wait to hear from You on how we should leave the boat, leave this disaster, leave this pandemic, in Jesus’ name.
