Not A Foe

This is for the person who finds themselves in a shared-parenting fight. You and your child(ren)’s other parent can’t ever seem to find common ground. Normal thinking would have you believe that there is nothing you can possibly do about it. So since you’re at war, you’ve decided to do battle.

“A good tree produces good fruit, and a bad tree produces bad fruit.”‭‭
-bible.com/116/mat.7.17.nlt

I’d like to offer a different thought. It says that a good tree or good person will produce good fruit and a bad tree or person produces bad. Therefore, one must figure out which tree or person one wants to become. In others, do you want to be a person at war and produce results that come from war or do you want to be a person at peace who has results that come from peace?

[Pray This]

Lord, since there are two types of trees or persons I can be which results in the type of results I have, I choose to be a good tree, a good person so that I produce good results. If You would, help me with this, in Jesus’ name.

Your Action (What action based on your prayer can you take?):
I evaluate the results I have today and everyday. It’s an indication of the type of person I’ve been. With this information I make the changes necessary to have the results I desire.
