Matthew 6:31-32 What if?

Do you know people who worry about everything and nothing is ever going in their favor? More than likely “what-if” is their favorite phrase. What if… this happens or what if… this doesn’t come through for me. A sign that a person doesn’t know God is that they always worry about any and everything.

[pullquote align=”left”]”Don’t worry and ask yourselves, “Will we have anything to eat? Will we have anything to drink? Will we have any clothes to wear?” Only people who don’t know God are always worrying about such things. Your Father in heaven knows that you need all of these.” (Matthew 6:31-32)[/pullquote]

Rescue your friends, neighbors, or love ones from the “what-if’s” by introducing them to God – the God who can handle their “what-if’s”.

Common people live in the “what-if’s” of life while the “holy”, no-longer-common rest in the assurance of God and no longer have “what-if’s”.

Question: What do you think worrying does or doesn’t do for you?
