Colossians 3:23-24 Master Your Craft

If I could think of four actions you can take today to help you master your craft, it would be these…

  1. Focus on the thing that you are good at and nothing more.
  2. Improve upon it daily by practicing your skill.  Anything you want to be good at will require much practice.
  3. Let go of your comfort zone and stretch a little.  Remember, it’s the only way to improve and grow.
  4. Direct your attention to the tasks in front of you; one that you can perform today.  In other words, stop focusing on the large, future tasks and projects.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. (Colossians 3:23-24)
