Speaking-In-Tongues

The goal is not to give us a bunch of rules around speaking-in-tongues, but rather to allow the rules to help us make speaking-in-tongues more palatable for others as well as take this next level gift to the next level.

I would like to provide a few problems encountered when applying normal thinking with the uncommon act of speaking-in-tongues.

I often wonder if the terminology surrounding speaking-in-tongues gives us one clue into why this topic is avoided. In this installment we compare what the Bible calls it and what we have adopted in “common” culture.
