Go In With Nothing, Come Out With Nothing
“If you go into prayer with nothing, you will come out of prayer with nothing.”
As a part of your preparations and planning for prayer, the time you spend talking with God, you want to make sure you have something to talk about. Otherwise, your prayer time is boring and you will have very little success in praying.
(James 4:2 NLT) You want what you don’t have, so you scheme and kill to get it. You are jealous of what others have, but you can’t get it, so you fight and wage war to take it away from them. Yet you don’t have what you want because you don’t ask God for it.
“If you ask for what you want specifically, you’ll receive what you asked for specifically.”
Remember, to be specific in your prayers. Whatever you seek, you will find. Just knock on the doors that align with your plan, doors that you’ve prayed about and see those doors open.
(Matthew 7:7 NLT) Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.
iPray: Today, I will not go into prayer empty handed, but prepared and ready to talk to God.
